I don’t even know where to begin. I went to another doctor in Florida, who treated me so poorly. I walked out and never received my Cortizone shot. Dr. Hiapo was amazing! My experience was polar opposite. I felt very relaxed and confident in his skills. His bedside manner is unbelievable. He is very patient and understanding to not everyone loving a needle. He assured me I would be OK. He had my foot covered. The whole process took seconds and I cannot say enough good things about this Dr. I recommend anyone who is experiencing any kind of pain to immediately make an appointment with him.

Dr Dufey is a very experienced good surgeon llwas very helpful in diagnosing and addressing my need for foot care. He and the staff are very friendly and caring and made me feel that I was truly welcome.

Is it weird to enjoy a medical center? I mean, if you have to go to the doctor, at least it can be pleasant. I think I'm a weirdly frequent flyer here. I've seen both providers and they are friendly and personable, gave me clear and informative explanations, helped me to be comfortable (even though I have a bad habit of fainting in some medical settings) each time I had to come in, and they took care of my poor toes quickly and easily.

Doctor Durfey and his staff are outstanding and are very kind and pleasant. My wife and I are both patients and we have had the best of experiences with every visit. Everyone is always helpful and kind. Their professionalism and the treatment we have received is of the highest level and they are all to be commended.

Not only the doctors, but the staff are all just AMAZING!! They are very professional with a personal touch to make sure you get the best possible care. Dr. Hiapo made sure I understood all of my choices and included me in my care. It was a fun experience while business was being taken care of. Thank you all for making my experience a great one!! My apologies for not knowing names of the best part of Dr. Hiapo in office, the staff that helps keep everything running smoothly, you all are just as awesome! So thank you all!!

Friendly Staff

To a fault and to a practitioner, this group conducts itself with the highest competencies and professionalism, without excluding the personal touches that make one almost enjoy going there as opposed to “quaking at the thought “ of so doing. Due to chronic conditions, I am there more than once monthly, yet their standards of care somehow keep improving and their empathy never wanes. Amazing people. Super find. Great practice. My praise goes equally to all at the La Veen office where I am tended to. I I cannot imagine care being even a trifle less wonderful at the other offices. I’m a patient there over a year now.

Office staff was professional, pleasant, and welcoming. I was able to get an appointment in a very timely manner. Dr. Hiapo was professional. Knowledgable, and kind. He explained treatment plan thoroughly in easy to understand terms. He was very skilled in the treatment I received.

Learn something good about my foot

Dr Hiapo is a great Dr. I would Recommend him to any one who would ask me. He is a caring Dr also. He listens to you and isn't in a hurry when you are in his office.

Love this guy save my life

I first met Dr. Hiapo at the Arizona Foot and Ankle Medical Center in Laveen, on June 12, 2020, for a foot injury. I'm completely satisfied with the services he provided to me. Since I broke my fifth metatarsal bone, he promptly and accurately explained to me the best options. Therefore, I trusted him, and I had surgery at the Banner Estrella Medical Center on June 23rd. He asked the nurses to do a variety of tests just to be sure that my body was ready for surgery. The following weeks after surgery, he and his attentive personal from his office supported me by answering any question that I had; furthermore, he saw me immediately without an appointment to clarify any concern. My last appointment with him was on September 1st. to release me because my foot was already healed! I will always thank them from the bottom of heart what they did for me. He and his personal superseded my expectations. I definitely recommend Dr. Hiapo and his personal because I had an incredible positive experience.

Love these guy. I’ve been with Cigna doctors for over two years with issues with my feet. I went in he looked at my feet and took a MRI and found out I had a serious issue and did my surgery! If I would’ve waited it would been in a boot for the rest of my life!

Dr. Hiapo and Dr. Durfey are the best Providers and have taken superior care of me. I had a pretty bad injury and residual trauma from a previous surgery and all that has been corrected.

Dr. Hiapo and his staff were professional and prompt and answered all of my questions. I was very pleased with the service I received.
